Dr Roger Gewolb is a financial entrepreneur, lending expert and champion for fairness throughout the consumer finance industry.

In 2012 Roger launched his Campaign for Fair Finance, which aims to raise awareness of the problems suffered by many UK consumers who find themselves trapped in a cycle of debt following the catastrophe that was the 2007 financial crisis. The Campaign for Fair Finance™ therefore exists solely to help others and does so by lobbying large financial institutions and stake-holders for the great good of the UK population.

As part of the Campaign’s ongoing efforts FairMoney.com was launched in 2015.

Roger continues with his television and radio work as a financial commentator and pundit, as well as conducting his own interviews with leading UK religious figures, politicians and personalities including Gordon Brown, Lord Hunt and The Archbishop of Canterbury.

In the past, Roger has founded, run and advised numerous lenders as well as the Bank of England and the UK Treasury on asset finance policy and now works with leading parliamentarians and regulators on initiatives to reform the UK credit and subprime lending industries. He also gives financial and media strategy advice to a number of charities and social enterprises.

As the chief founder of the UK subprime motor finance industry and a UK subprime consumer finance authority; Roger is deeply involved in finding solutions to the accelerating problems besetting the debt-burdened and the financially challenged in the UK, and is a regular speaker and chair of financial and business conferences.
