Emma Hunter is the Head of Financial Crime Legal at KPMG UK. Emma is a financial crime legal expert specialising in many areas including FinTech, cryptocurrency and blockchain. Emma was formerly at Baker & McKenzie where she was the Global Head of Anti-Money Laundering. Emma sits on KPMG’s specialist blockchain/cryptocurrency risk panel. Emma has advised some of the UK’s (and world’s) leading FinTech businesses, sits on various industry groups related to cryptocurrency and blockchain and works with various regulators around the world, consulting on the legislation and regulations that apply to the FinTech sector.
