Anthony Eskander

Anthony Eskander is an experienced barrister who advises corporates and individuals on corporate crime matters with particular expertise advising on the legal and regulatory landscape in the distributed ledger technology, cryptocurrency and Initial Coin Officer (ICO) sector. Anthony sits on KPMG’s specialist blockchain/cryptocurrency risk panel and has worked with various regulators and government agencies. Prior to joining KPMG, Anthony practised as a defence and prosecution trial advocate from a reputable London barristers’ chambers. During his time in chambers, he was seconded to Tier 1 corporate crime law firms and to the Serious Fraud Office. Before practising as a barrister, Anthony was a financial crime analyst on the foreign exchange desk at Goldman Sachs.
